Return Policy
To complete your return, we require the receipt included with your order. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. LOTW Gear reserves the right to deny a refund on an item if it is deemed to have been damaged, altered, or worn previously.
You will be responsible for paying for the shipping costs of returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Please note, your return will be processed for the order total, minus shipping costs. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach us, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item. To return your product, please send us an email with your order number to: hello@lotwgear.com.
